How to return the merchandise

Important : Please ensure that returned products are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transport. It is imperative that the package be marked with the return code mentioned above. : 95663187. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing your return.
14 Day Return Policy
In accordance with the Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012), you have the right to return any purchased product without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. This right also applies to products collected in person.
Note: Returned products must be carefully packaged to avoid damage. The amount of the returned products will be refunded to your bank account within a maximum of 14 days of canceling the contract or upon receipt of the returned products.
Return Restrictions and Fees
- Shipping costs for returned products are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
- Returns of personalized products (with stickers, prints, or sharpening) are not accepted.
- If you return a strung tennis racket, the cost of the string will be deducted from the refund.
- Each package must have its own shipping label (1 package = 1 label). If you are returning multiple packages, each must be labeled separately.
